Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini stick into olive oil, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the zucchini sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove and serve hot.

Notes
