  • 2 cups diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour mixture over crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Let cool, then drizzle caramel sauce on top before slicing.
