  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes and place them in a baking dish.
