  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
