1 pound boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
8 slider buns
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the sauce.
Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with half of the sauce.
Assemble the sliders by placing the chicken on buns, topping with lettuce, cilantro, and drizzling with remaining sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
