This quick and delicious stir-fry recipe combines tender beef with fresh Chinese broccoli, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Chinese broccoli, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in oyster sauce and mix well. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

  • This dish can be customized with additional vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots.
