  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
