  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.
  6. Shape each portion into a round ball and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
