  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Assemble the bowl by placing lettuce at the bottom, then adding turkey, turkey bacon, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado on top.
  4. Drizzle Greek yogurt over the bowl as a dressing.
