- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the cabbage head in salted water for about 5 minutes or until leaves are pliable.
- In a sauté pan, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy, then add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
