A delightful and indulgent fall dessert, these Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars combine the flavors of creamy cheesecake, tart apples, and sweet caramel.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set. Let cool before drizzling with caramel sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cinnamon to the apple mixture.
