1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
