These Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll Ups are the perfect solution for a quick and delicious family dinner. They combine cheesy goodness with savory sausage in a fun rolled-up format.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spread a layer of the cheese mixture. Add a layer of cooked sausage, then roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling. Place rolled noodles in a baking dish.
  7. Pour marinara sauce over the rolled noodles and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
