9 lasagna noodles
1 pound Italian sausage
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spread a layer of the cheese mixture. Add a layer of cooked sausage, then roll it up tightly.
Repeat with remaining noodles and filling. Place rolled noodles in a baking dish.
