  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and garlic powder to the beef, mixing well.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese into each tortilla and roll tightly.
