Deliciously creamy and cheesy scalloped potatoes flavored with ranch seasoning, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the potato slices, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Pour over the layered ingredients.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
