A delicious twist on a classic dish, featuring creamy cheesy scalloped potatoes layered with savory chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish, followed by half of the diced chicken ham and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; pour over the layered potatoes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
