Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and frozen peas and carrots. Stir to combine.
  3. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add milk and melted butter to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture into the boiling broth.
