A delicious blend of grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese, all piled high on toasted bread for a satisfying meal.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken on the grill until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest.
  4. While the chicken rests, mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Toast the bread in a toaster or on the grill.
  6. Slice the chicken and layer it on one slice of toasted bread, spread with mashed avocado, and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Cover with another slice of bread and grill until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
