  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add cooked chicken, cumin, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
