A delicious and refreshing chickpea salad featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
