  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Form the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
