- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In the same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in milk, cooking until thickened.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
- Mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese until melted.
- Combine macaroni, chopped bacon, chicken ham, and cheese sauce; mix well.
- Spread into a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
