- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes.
