- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar, for strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream, for serving
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add cold butter and cut into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in heavy cream until a dough forms.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead gently.
