- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Add spices and cook until thickened.
- Stir in the cheeses until melted.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Stir to combine.
