  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Add spices and cook until thickened.
  5. Stir in the cheeses until melted.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Stir to combine.
  7. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a crunchier top, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
