  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
