- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt to taste

- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken and noodles; cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped turkey bacon.
