Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  7. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
