- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until they float.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, chicken, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crumbled turkey bacon on top.
