- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Add the broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning; simmer until noodles are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted.
- Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Crumble turkey bacon on top before serving.
