  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the chicken ham.
  4. Spread the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture over the first layer of potatoes.
  5. Layer the remaining potatoes on top.
  6. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
