- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced chicken ham
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, onions, and garlic.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over the potato layers.
- Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown.
