A deliciously creamy dish featuring scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced chicken ham
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, onions, and garlic.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over the potato layers.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving for better slicing.
