A delicious and easy creamy taco soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in the bacon drippings until translucent.
  3. Add chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and diced tomatoes, and cook until heated through.
  7. Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.
