  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, grated cheddar, biscuit mix, green onions, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
