- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 large ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
