1 pound pierogi
1 pound kielbasa, sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
3 cups potato, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Layer half of the slices of kielbasa in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add half of the pierogi on top of the kielbasa.
Spread half of the chopped onions and half of the diced potatoes over the pierogi.
Pour half of the chicken broth and half of the sour cream over the layers.
Repeat the layers with the remaining kielbasa, pierogi, onions, potatoes, chicken broth, and sour cream.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like garlic powder or paprika.
