  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumbers into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Cube the feta cheese into similar-sized pieces.
  3. On each skewer, thread a cucumber piece, a cube of feta, and a cherry tomato. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  4. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the mixture over the assembled skewers before serving.
