  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the chicken slices and cook until browned.
  5. Add garlic and bell pepper; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Return the turkey bacon to the pan.
  7. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss well to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
