A delightful combination of cheesy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a satisfying side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and pour over the potatoes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes in the cream mixture.
