2 pounds potatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the creamy mixture, half of the turkey bacon, and half of the chicken ham.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Notes
Let the dish rest for about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
Add more cheese on top for an extra cheesy flavor.
