  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add the chicken ham to the same pan and heat through.
  4. Combine the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a bowl.
  5. Slice the slider buns and layer the meat mixture and provolone cheese inside.
  6. Mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  7. Place the sliders in a baking dish and pour the broth mixture over them.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Serve hot with extra broth for dipping.
