A delicious and simple one pot pasta dish featuring lemon, garlic, and turkey bacon that is sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add broth, lemon zest, and pasta. Bring to a boil and cook until pasta is al dente.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
