- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices of baguette
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

- Serve soup in bowls topped with a slice of toasted baguette and shredded Gruyère cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly.
- Crumble crispy turkey bacon on top before serving.
