- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and chicken broth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and set aside.
- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip in egg mixture.
