  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
