Delicious and easy hibachi zucchini recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • ½ cup chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add zucchini and cook for a few minutes until softened.
  4. Add chicken ham, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and serve warm.
