A delicious and protein-packed creamy taco soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add chicken ham, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Crumble the turkey bacon on top before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider topping with cilantro or avocado.
