- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup cream
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
- Add chicken ham, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Crumble the turkey bacon on top before serving.
