Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, eggs, milk, and baking powder.
  2. Stir in the diced turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the mixture to form small pancakes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Notes

  • Feel free to add cheese for extra flavor.
  • These bites can be made ahead and frozen.
