- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add onions, garlic, and jalapenos to the pot and sauté until soft.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the white beans, cream cheese, cumin, and smoked paprika. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
