- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 large lettuce leaves
