A delicious and easy low-carb version of the classic Philly cheesesteak.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft.
  2. Add the sliced beef, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  4. Lay out lettuce leaves and spoon beef mixture onto each leaf.
  5. Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly and serve.

  • For an extra kick, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
